Depending on geographical and solar conditions, it might not make much of a difference. They will probably need to put up several tours in close proximity to ensure an adequate signal for people.
AT&T sucks donkey balls. I've dropped like 14 calls in the last 8 days...of course, you just call em back :)I've solved that with 3 cell phones (ugh).
