My NY Wear
And my quintessential NY song to go with it.
My clothes surely aren't as exciting as Dan's - I love the color of his, and his shoes. His shoes he is bringing along put mine to shame. Probably my Guess black boots with laces and a pair of dress shoes. Going to bring my peacoat that I don't get to wear enough.
Undershirts to match... lol. Going to wear sweaters over the shirts - a navy blue sweater, purple, and pink.

No show underwear
I am a grower. I have a nice package to offer. Often times I tend to grow as the day goes on - a hot guy walks by, some flirtatious conversation, and I'm stiff as can be. What I hate is pants and underwear that hides that. What is with these no show boxer briefs and trunks, or these slim fit pants that give you no room to grow? I hate it. I find myself reaching in, grabbing my goods, and adjusting. Often it is a process. It is not comfortable. What is wrong with underwear that shows this stuff off, what is this obsession with no show? Currently I am on a quest to find some trunks that don't hide what I have, or don't, depending on the time. I'm open to boxer briefs and tighty whities. I have to switch it up once in a while, you know...

Daddy's got some new shades
I have been in the market for some new shades. Expensive ones. Partly out of spite. JK. No, really, I think expensive glasses are sexy.
My bf and I were talking over the past several days as we've tried on 10s of frames that he goes for cheap sunglasses because he is harsh on them and sometimes loses them. I, on the other hand, do not. I bought 2 relatively expensive - at the time they were for me - $75 Spy sunglasses. I have 1 pair that had an accident in Vegas as I dropped them from a 4 story floor in Vegas, and only got scratched up. They work, but only as backups. I have 1 pair for 1 car, I have 1 pair for another, and here is my third. Pretty sexy. I got them for 30% off. That made them even sexier.

Useless random babble
I think I need an iPod touch to go next to my bed so I can stream pandora radio. I often fall asleep listening to the radio or TV.
I just recently learned how to use the sleep function on the TV.
I can fall asleep without those vices, but there are nights my mind wanders.
I want to go line dancing.
I need new t-shirts. I buy tons every year only to dislike them after wearing them a couple times.
Tshirts just seem to wear out.
I went to Nordstrom Rack the other day and found several 7 Diamonds shirts I wanted for only $34 (regular $75-100), but they were all smalls.
I went to the Rack closest to my house - 30 miles close - and they had none. Pobrecito.
My dad thinks I should hyphenate my last name. I've always gone by my last name, as my mom, and sister. He says given my interest in Spanish culture I should do it. I already think I have the coolest last name, so that would be really uncool doing that. FYI in Spanish culture it is the father's last name + the mother's last name.
I had a convo with my bf about last names the other day and he said it would have to be his last name and then mine because of the flow. He wasn't too keen on my last name though, but it is awesome sauce, so I don't know what he's talking about.
I loathe hot weather.
I am so grateful I have an awesome car dealer who did some "warranty work" for me on my car even though it is out of warranty.
TV Land seems to be putting jingles on all their shows, and while they're harsh, I like the thought.
Oh, and I love the new ABC 7 Eyewitness News iPhone alarm app. Alysha, Garth, Phillip, and Leslie are waking me up every morning.

The shirts I bought
Here's the shirts I bought that reader fan of casey asked me about. I ordered them online from Calvin Klein and Buckle. All of them were half off. Only 1 of them is really out of the ordinary as to what I'd wear, but the main reason I bought them is that they were very reasonable ($20 or less for all CK shirts), and the Buckle shirts were more expensive, but I like them. They're all shirts I can wear to work, which is what I wanted more of. Some polos and buttondowns.
What do you guys think of the blue Buckle shirt? I like the design and style, my only issue is that the shirt is not sewn on the edges, so it is ragged at the bottom and along the collar. For a $50 shirt it seems tacky to me. I am thinking of returning it and buying one that is less ragged.
Sorry for the bag shots- I didn't want to take them out and get them dirty. They're for Christmas... technically I'm not supposed to see them yet... lol

Action packed weekend
Having a busy week/weekend as usual.
Thursday
School Thursday night. I also had a seminar that I had forgotten about and had to tell my teacher about. Oops. I had a blast at the seminar. It was as boring as all can be, but Beth kept Josh and I entertained.
Friday
Got a text while I was at work from my cousin telling me the entire family was going to Disneyland after school and wanted to know if I wanted to go. I didn't text back right away because I had a million things to do. I was leaving work early so I spent my lunch time eating and planning/writing out the Powerpoints for next week, as well as the lesson plans for the next 2 weeks. I had to go get fingerprinted to be eligible to sub when my master teacher is out. I later found out I had to get a drug test also, so I didn't know when I'd get there. I didn't have other plans, so once I was done at 3:30p.m. I hightailed it down to Disney.
I get to Disney at 3:30 just as my oldest cousin and 12 year old cousin, aunt, and cousin's wife were crossing over from California Adventure into Disneyland. We meet, hug, and then head in. We go to Pirates of the Caribbean, then Indiana Jones, Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Snow White, Tea Cups, Matterhorn all in the course of about 2 1/2 hours. The longest line was about 25 minutes. That was so atypical of a Disney trip. After Matterhorn we do dinner at the Plaza Inn where my aunt bought for everyone, and I had a not so great prime rib slice. We head over to California Adventure for Tower of Terror. The line was soooooooooooooooo long for that- we waited 65 minutes, but passed our time talking about Miley Cyrus, The Pussycat Dolls, awards shows my cousin has done makeup for, she showed us the trailer for the new movie she did the makeup for, and talked Miley Cyrus' diva little sister. We also rocked out to 1-2-3 by Britney Spears, which my cousin played on her iPhone.
My cousins were able to snag tickets for the World of Color. All I can say is that we had awesome seats- in the blue section kind of in the back, but a direct middle view to the river where we could see the show. And it was waaaaaaaaaaaay better than Fantasmic anyday. Fantasmic is so 1990s. LOL. Seriously, the lights reflecting on and in the water, the cool water patterns, and the images projected on the water were much cooler than anything in Fantasmic. After this we head to the lockers and then shop in the World of Disney. We take off about 11:00pm and I get home about midnight.

Saturday
Ran around with my mom to the mall in our city and the next city over. I found a lot of cool shirts I wanted from Express. I also showed her some shirts on my iPhone from Buckle that I wanted. She said yes. We walked around and did some Christmas shopping. I came home and made a bought the shirts that I wanted. Yay for new clothes! Chatted with Ry on AIM while I was out. Something is still up with him.
I met Linda, her husband, and Mel for a hockey game tonight in a suite. Linda got the hookup from the casino. It was awesome. Lots of shrimp, pizza, pulled pork, chips, cookies, and brownies. I came hungry and left happy. The game was alright. The Ontario Reign would have done better had their goalie actually guarded the goal. He was in the middle of the court once, behind the goal another, and not even in the game another time. Ontario lost 2 to 5. The Alaska Aces won.
I noticed as we were leaving the game about 10:10p.m. I had such a headache. It was one of the pounding headaches that is in the back of my head that I've had soooooooo many times over the past year. This one came on as we walked outside of the arena. I popped 2 Tylenol in the car since I didn't have any headache medicine. I get about halfway home and the headache becomes almost unbearable. I think about calling The Guy and wonder if he would actually pick up. I think about calling Jack Off Buddy, and was almost sure he'd be willing to drive me home/to his house where I could crash and sleep off the headache. I think about calling Keith or Gonzo. My parents and sister were not home as they were at some function my sister had with school, otherwise I would have called them. I asked myself several times if I could make it home safely and not endanger myself or others. I thought I could so I continued driving. I knew it wouldn't have been too big of an issue to call someone, but I felt bad. I was miserable by the time I got home. My head was still pounding in back and on top. I was feeling hot and cold. I had to get out to get the gate and nearly fell over when I got out of the car. I get in the driveway finally and I close the gate as quick as I can. I make my way up to the lounger where I lay and get licked to death by the dogs. I come in after a few minutes and collapse on the couch. Woke up fine and slept my headache off. Yay!
Sunday
Today I'm doing some schoolwork, work for my classes tomorrow, and grocery shopping. Going to make pasta or something for lunch.

I'm here!
Busy, busy week!!!
I've been subbing everyday this week. Everyone seems to have that horrible cough that is going around that seems to drain you, and lasts several days, so teachers were out all week.
Monday-Wednesday: Subbed for band. The kids were watching a video on the Beach Boys influence. I enjoyed the video, and so did the kids. Would you believe the 2 songs I heard them sing over and over were "Little Honda," and "Barbara Ann?" Barbara Ann doesn't surprise me, but Little Honda, out of everything the Beach Boys sang that song was the kids favorites? No California Girls?
Little Honda
Barbara Ann
Oh, and I heard multiple times how sexy the Beach Boys are. One gal, Sandra, sort of a problem kid, but deep down is a good kid came up to me after 6th period and said, "Mr. Teacher, did you notice how sexy the Beach Boys were, they had short hair?" I failed to realize that... heh heh heh
Wednesday Night: School... lots of observations and tutoring in the coming weeks
Thursday: Roving sub because teachers were being pulled out for special ed IEPs. I was busy nonstop. I found out at the end of 1st period Linda was in a car accident and still not at school, so when I wasn't there was filling in in her classroom. Saw Linda at lunch after she finally got to school, and she was shook up. Principal sent her home. Was asked to sub for her last 2 classes. Linda asked me if I could coach the basketball game after school. Um. Ok? So um, the school bell rang for the end of the day, I opened up the locker room, and then we were on the bus going to the other school for the basketball game. It was our first game, and we lost badly. This ends Linda's 27 game win streak over the past 4 years. Oops. I felt kind of bad, but the players were at such a disadvantage height-wise, plus the other team could shoot. I was able to give some pointers and tell what kids to block what players- that helped- the kids did much better in the 3rd and 4th quarters. I still never want to coach.
Friday: Sub for Linda because she had a doctor's appointment and dentist appointment Her kids were ok.
School: My online class seems like lots of work, but I can manage- just first week stressing.
Allergies: Allergy headaches nonstop all week. Fell asleep most every night with a headache.
I did spend $80 on shirts that were 40% off, plus an additional 15% at Banana Republic Wednesday night. Yay! But it was almost all winter clothes. Ooops. But it was on sale. Also bought a new pair of brown Vans at Nordstrom Rack for $25.
And because I'm on a Beach Boys/summer kick, although it is 60 degrees here in Cali...

I have the hardest time figuring out what matches
Some mornings, like this morning, I stand in front of my closet, pull shirts out, and spend several minutes debating which pants match the shirt.

Some days I swear I'm colorblind, although I can tell you that the jeans on the far left are a darker blue with a gold wash, medium blue for the second pair, brown Banana Republic pants, and a light blue wash with gold tint.
It's mornings like this I need Gonzo, or a friend to help... I guess I'll wear this another day. I think the medium blue or brown match btw.

The coolest outfit
Here's another one of my supposed really cool outlets. I'd never worn my brown Banana Republic pants and my turquoise polo together. I'd always done navy blue jeans and turquoise, but enough of that. Also sporting my brown suede Vans. All the students with the canvas Vans casuals were totally jealous. I wore it today and got various comments from the students like:

"You have the coolest bubble gum shirt"
"You have more Vans than I do"
"Where do you get your shoes?"
"What colors of Vans do you own?"
"You match so well."
"You always wear skinny pants."
"Are those Vans skinnies?"
"What happened to your skinny Levis?"
So funny!!!

Bracelets are in...
... in the 7th and 8th grade right now. All of my students are wearing their handmade beaded bracelets.
Falling beads from breaking bracelets have never been so annoying when they get in a fight over whose bracelet is whose.
... My bracelet pretty much rocked and in my opinion was superior to all of theirs. They seemed to think it was cool it wrapped around my wrist.
Lmao.

I know... gay for wearing jewelry... but whatever... I'm metro... yeah...

Shoes!
We all know I have quite the shoe fetish. The kids we know always talk about what I wear, and today was no exception...

Shoes complemented by beige khaki pants and a sky blue zip polo shirt.
Subbed for the severely handicapped class today and all day the kids were asking, "where did you buy your shoes? "Did you buy them at the Vans store?" "Were they expensive?" "Your shoes match your pants." "Your shoes also match your shirt." "Did you choose what color of fabrics went together?" "Are those carpet?" Also got lots of comments walking out and about. I try to avoid these shoes as they're a bit casual; but they're fun shoes, they matched what I was wearing, and hey, the kids are paying attention... to something...

Appeal?

Can someone tell me what the appeal is with this shirt? I had probably 10 comments today while subbing from 7th grade boys and girls about how cool it was. I am unsure what the appeal was, I didn't bother to ask as the kids were so rambunctious today and it was everything to keep them quiet. Is it the dragon? The snaps? Certainly not the color.

Nordstroms shopping trip on The Guy
The Guy gave me a $50 gift certificate a few months back for pet sitting I did at the end of August. I went to use the gift card the other day at Express and it was declined. I was a little surprised since he said there was $50, but when the clerk called discovered only $0.23 was on the card. I was a little upset; not about that, but about other things, so I called him to tell him and acted like it wasn't a big deal. He felt really bad for the embarrassment it caused me. It wasn't a big deal. He said that he actually didn't mind because this was an excuse for us to go shopping together. We settled on Tuesday at Nordstroms- I'd take a short study break to visit with him.
I texted The Guy twice asking him if 2:30 was still a go. He said yes, though he was running late. That gave me time to run to the bank. I get to his house at 3:05 and he is on the phone with his mom trying to help her find something on the computer. When he is off the phone he asks if it is ok if we run to the "DP" for a few minutes. The DP is the dog park. We put the dog in the back of his car and we're off. I had never been. We get in the car and drive over talking about our day. He told me he had a breakdown Tuesday morning. He was crying over prop 8, feeling so sick, so violated, and so worried McCain would win. He also told me about his colon cleaning. At the DP there is a poodle, a couple dogs from the pound I guess, and a group of older people with their snobby looking dogs. Haha.... snobby dogs? lol. Anyways, his dog was growling at a collie and a couple other dogs there. The Guy had to interfere. We stopped and talked to a guy with a poodle sitting on a bench, then played with the little dog from the pound as we watched his dog. The ridges on the dog's back were all up and he was acting really strange, so we leave after about 10 minutes. There are 2 hot boys- 1 of them from The Guy's gym as we took off.
We drop the dog off and get the $400 in gift certificates to Nordstroms that The Guy's mom gave to him and $60 in Nordstroms bucks. We drive over and then talk about how we both have so much studying to do. The Guy jokes that since I have a tendency to be declined that he should give me his Nordstroms bucks since they've been declined. I playfully hit him. As we approach the men's department, The Guy says he already found something he liked. It was a $100 Hugo Boss blue pullover. He tries it on and it fits great on his mesomorph figure. It didn't make him look fat and he talked about how he felt really good today about his weight and feeling fit, not fat. I said that was the truth. He looks great, really. Then he found a black Hugo Boss long sleeve shirt behind it, which also looked hot. The Guy tells me to try on beige khaki pants, which was what I was trying to buy at Express. I found a 30x32 and 31x32 that the employee helping us recommended. Both didn't work. Both were too small. The Guy told me I just give up too easily. I said I didn't think so- this guy went looking in the computer for me and told me they didn't even carry a 29x32 or 28x32. He said I should go look for more. I wound up over by the young men's shirts, like The Guy. He had already found 3 shirts- one was a blue and silver shirt that had a cross on it that looked REALLY sexy. He tried the shirt on and it was HOT HOT HOT. I gave him a big thumbs up from afar, a smile, and then when he came over said it looked HOT. It fit his body perfectly. It was only $100. The Guy ran back and forth from the dressing room asking me about everything like his polos (he got 2 LaCoste polos in dark blue and light blue). I found 3 shirts I liked that were over on the reduced rack... haha. They were cool though. I got a gray LaCoste polo for $60 that had a bigger alligator on the breast. I also got a couple random shirts with prints on them that looked really neat. I also got a brown pullover. All were $30 or less. I have a hard time spending that much on a t-shirt, but I got a little taken away being there with The Guy. My shirts in total were only $120. We go to the checkout and it is $499 for all of our stuff. We find out that the first 2 Hugo Boss things The Guy liked weren't in the total because they were still at the other register. Too bad we found that out when we got home. The Guy bragged about how he was getting so many clothes for so little- roughly 10 shirts for $1000... haha... I could do better. He talked about how this is stepping out for him and it felt uncomfortable- he always always always wears a black Ralph Lauren polo shirt and Nike basketball shorts. EVERYDAY. When he goes to work he wears blue 7s jeans and a black Ralph Lauren polo. He probably has 30 of those polos. NO JOKE. I've never seen him wear the stuff he tried on in the 2 years I've known him except on special occasions.
We go over to the shoe department and have a great guy who helps us. The Guy buys a blue pair of Pumas to match his yellow pair he just bought. He raved about the comfort. Then he said that he wanted to get some dress shoes. We spent probably 40 minutes looking at boots etc. I tried on 3 pairs of dress shoes. I really wanted a new pair because I have outgrown mine. I had been eyeing some Calvin Klein's online, but didn't buy them yet. The ones I liked or thought I liked at Nordstroms were between $99 and $375. I've never spent that on shoes, but I was going to. My dad had already given the OK to drop $150 or less on dress shoes earlier this month when I complained I needed a new pair, so I didn't feel as bad. I was unsuccessful. The Guy found a pair he wanted, the same pair I did for $375. I did feel really good though trying on the shoes. I am a size 13 in tennis shoes, but the dress shoes I tried on were a 10 1/2. NO JOKE. They were only $99, but looked like quaker shoes The Guy and I determined.
After getting the shoes I said we're going to Express so I can get my khaki pants I want. He said fine, but he is hungry. We talked and laughed. The more we walked he complained of his profuse hunger. We talked about like how sad the JCPenney store front looked, how The Guy shops at Nordstroms because it is quality. American Eagle clothes are trendy, but after 1 or 2 washings are floopy, which is why you shop at Nordstroms- quality. We get to Express and I find the pants immediately. He says he is hungry, so I need to focus on getting the pants and can't look at any thing else. I joke about needing a bright colored dress shirt and was completely serious, but food was on The Guy's mind. The Guy ATMs the pants, which were $88, then we left. I was going to pay for the pants, but he insisted that this was what I needed and wanted to get earlier, but it was his fuck up earlier, so he was paying. I wasn't complaining. As we're walking out I talk about my need and how I can't live without a really cool bright colored shirt; how I have the necessity to have material goods. He jokes about needing to simplify our lives. I said nope. Can't do. He asked if I wanted a shirt, and we'd go back in and get one. I said I was ok. Not. Ok, I was. Nope, I wasn't. Finally I said we could go. He said we'd go back and get one if I needed one. I said no- I can wait. We walk back through the mall talking about how much fun this was and how we've never done this before, how we need to do it again, eat beforehand, and how this was a new memory for us.
I talk about eating a lot of Mexican food lately and The Guy says we should go to Acapulco. We drive over there and are seated immediately. He tells me he got a text from Ben the other night as well as Matt, his ex. I told him he's doing everything right. He tells me about reading Maya Angelou's biography and how inspirational it was. We talk about how we both need to study, how school is killing us. Then we talk about the election. We look at cbsnews.com because it has a special iPhone interface. Obama had 70 electoral votes at the time and McCain had 30. We talked about how it would be such a landslide. We talked about tossup states and real close elections. I contributed that Indiana and Mississippi were very close and he didn't know that, so that was cool. We spent most of the rest of dinner talking about prop 8 and other things. The Guy was confident it wouldn't pass but I talked about my skepticism and gave reasons like what happened today that I'll blog about below. There was an awkward tension through the meal- it was probably The Guy not feeling well, election nerves, nerves about school for both of us, and stuff like that.
I pay for the meal and use my ATM card. Somewhere between the restaurant when we were walking out and I was fumbling to put my card away and my house I lost my wallet. Where? I don't know. I am assuming it was probably when I got in The Guy's car. I've called Acapulco and Bally's Fitness. Both haven't found it. So I talked to The Guy to make sure and then canceled my cards. Ick.
We get back to The Guy's place, I use the restroom, we look at the stuff we got, then I tell him to get some studying done and take off. I leave at 6p.m. and get home at 7, which is great for studying. I was sad I couldn't watch election coverage because I was busy studying for 3 midterms I had today. I had the TV on, but it was on mute.
I texted him about 8:30p.m. thanking him again and telling him we need to do that again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I got a haircut today. The lady who cuts my hair is my mom's hairdresser and she is a Democrat. We always talk politics when I get my hair cut. The hairdresser voted McCain however. I didn't know she didn't like Obama- ok- I vaguely remember. She complained last time about his purple lips. My mom arrives a few minutes after. She complained how Obama hasn't said anything- only what people want to hear, but nothing new that no politician did. I agree with that. It wasn't until Hillary conceded he had anything to say; and then it was nothing new. She asked me who I voted for in front of my mom. My mom doesn't even know what I'm registered as. I hide it well. In a quiet voice in front of my mom and hairdresser when asked I say Obama. The hairdresser hits me in the head as a joke. I thought "oh. Oops."
My mom said she wasn't worried about the president because either one will have a really tough job and she thinks that since we have so many difficult issues we're more united than 4 or 8 years ago, so it wouldn't matter if McCain or Obama were elected. She thinks both sides would work together given the desperate times. My mom said she was worried about the propositions like 1A, 2, 4, and 8. My mom vehemently said she was against 8. The hairdresser agreed. Both said that the Bible is who they have to answer to and so that's why they are against it. The conversation between them went on and I sat in the room facing my mom because that's how I was positioned in the chair, with my eyes squinting (presumably because of all the hair in my eyes), but more-so, so that I wouldn't say something wrong or incriminating. My mom talked about the issue wasn't education because she's a teacher and knows homosexuality is not taught in schools. The hairdresser talked about how it is just wrong because of the Bible. Then my mom said that it concerns her. She doesn't want to see two married guys, two guys talking about their kids like that. I wanted to intervene and say something. My mom's hairdresser talked about how it is such a small portion of the population forcing their views upon each the majority. Homosexuals are only 3% of the population. Again, I could have interjected my thoughts. Then my mom talked about something she heard on PASTOR'S PERSPECTIVE ON KWAVE 107.9. All the pastors lately have been talking about the election and the importance of voting yes on 8. First, homosexuality is wrong. Second, we are in end times. Obama could have been the anti-Christ. Third, the anti-Christ is nearing. The Pastors say that the anti-Christ is going to be homosexual, therefore we need to stop that. The anti-Christ will probably be from somewhere in Rome, will be homosexual, and will have experienced a great defeat. The key thing is that he is homosexual, so that prop 8 passed is a good thing. I got my haircut and quickly left. I know and have heard that the anti-Christ will be either celibate or homosexual. It is not explicitly said, but as I recall is talked about by Daniel in the Bible. And maybe it is the case, but this is the reason you're voting yes on prop 8? Whatever...
NO JOKE. Mike goes casual
Walked into work yesterday with an unshaven face. I hadn't shaved since Saturday. I was wearing black Reebok track pants. I had on an OP hoodie. First thing my boss says is "that's the most casual I've seen you- I didn't know you did casual." I said I was going for comfy and casual today. She laughed and said that's cool.
Mr. B however saw me and called me out on it. He said he was shocked how casual me, of all people dressed. I laughed it off. Mr. B wears a suit and tie everyday and is always talking about how it is so important to dress professionally. He said he wasn't sure he was ok with me doing that and how he sees me rebelling in so many ways. The only reason he thinks I'm rebelling is a comment I made questioning what someone had done that I disagreed with and he was skeptical about it. Totally unrelated.
Mr. P saw me and he said I was styling. He said I can definitely do the hoodie look (it was the first time I've worn a hoodie to work) and he told me that the track pants are definitely me and they look good. Mr. P teased me about my new look asking who I was out to impress and he was going to have to check them out. I love how he is so gender neutral "them."
At least I didn't run into the principal yesterday, who most definitely would have said something and it wouldn't have been good.

Dressing rooms?
Well, I think I need to build up suspense before getting to the really juicy part. So we'll start with some random vacation tidbits. It is awkward to go to Sams Club with a group of 6 50+ year old women and buying 30 bottles of margarita mix or beer. You get stares. I feel awkward being with older women and being under 21.
So in shopping news- I bought a pair of Diesel shoes the other day at Opry Mills. I called K to tell him I bought 3 pairs. My favorite pair I bought were some Diesel's though. The only reason I did was they were $59.99 regular $89.99. See pic below:

Bought lots of shirts today at Fossil, GAP, and Banana Republic. Everything was on sale, so there was less guilt involved. Bought the 2 buttondown shirts shown below, blue sweater, beige pullover sweater, shoes.

Now at GAP today I went in to buy my stuff and was over by the jeans. I see a cute German (I later found out) blond guy walking around in a brown polo with a popped collar and blue GAP jeans with a price tag and size label on it. I figured, like another woman he was just trying stuff on. Soon there is a little commotion. I walk over and look, the guy is standing there in the open for all of the peopple in that corner of the store to see leaning over taking the jeans off. He was wearing some Hanes navy blue boxer briefs. He folds the pants up while standing there in his boxer briefs. Then he puts on his pants he was wearing. In the meantime the 2 women with him take off their shirts, strip down to their bras to try on shirts they found. They did this in the open- like maybe they didn't know there were dressing rooms available or know what they were.
Meanwhile, the guy walks over to the underwear and a few minutes later he is back over by the jeans taking them out of the package and putting them on. NO JOKE. He didn't know you're not supposed to try it on. By this time the cashiers had left the register and were trying to tell him. I did however see his nice uncut member. He wasn't hard (which after putting on such a public display I think is kind of hard).
The guy and the girls never understood what was going on I don't think. After this, they put the clothes back and left. The cashiers were like trying to clothe them and touch them and put clothes back on them and pointing. But the guy and the girls didn't speak English.
It was very interesting though. Must admit. Very hot!!! I was seriously thinking when I was there I have my camera and I could probably snap pics of this. It crossed my mind, but then I felt kind of bad knowing that these people didn't know what was going on. It would have definitely been something for the memory book.
Tonight I took one of those Gray Line tours of Nashville. Wen tto the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Ryman Auditorium. Saw lots of Downtown, Vanderbilt University, etc. etc. Went to the Legends Corner bar (yes- I got in with no trouble) and had a coke and listened to some random singer play some songs. He sang one of his own, sang a Toby Keith song (Shoulda Been a Cowboy) and sung it better than Toby. He sounded a lot like Chris Cagle. Then another bar... Tillys I think it was called was another one I hit. It was right in back of the Ryman there on Legends Corner.
This evening my dad's army unit had their own dinner. They're very close and they're the only unit who does this out of all the men here.
Tommorow I may try to hit the Gaylord Opryland Resort and more bars... I've been told you can get into the bars as long as you're 18 and have a wristbannd etc. saying you're not 21. The Jack Daniels Distillery tour is also tommorow. That sounds really neat. I could also go on the homes of country singers tour. We shall see.
