The Guy called me Tuesday or Wednesday night about 9p.m. out of the blue. He was on his way to work out. It really made my evening since it was so out of the blue. He asked what I was up to, if I wanted to hang out Friday, and at what time. He also told me how Josh is avoiding contact with him. We confirmed Friday at 3.
On my way over The Guy was texting me, asking what time I'd show up. He gave me recommendations to use streets without construction because they are faster. Well, it was too late for that, but I did look at the situation optimistically and was on the hunt for hot construction workers. Only found a blonde guy who was sort of heavy and had a faux hawk- other than that, nothing special.
When I get to his place he is doing some "accounting" for his mom and explaining how he spent all the money he did that month. She just received his credit card bill. Thanks to Quicken and Adobe Illustrator everything was accounted for. It was really fun to watch him use it- it looked soooo easy! He does this for probably an hour and some. We chat a little bit- mainly him making comments about how great this is, me about the software being so cool, and a little about random stuff like family. He also asks me to look out into the living room at this time. I look and see a new 65'' TV. He gave his old 60'' away and just got this one that day. It was sharp! It was much smaller than his other one in that it is a flatter screen and does not have all the speakers on it.
After this we are both hungry so he makes us some burger patties. The meat is really good. He also cooks up some broccoli and tosses it in a cilantro sauce. Both things were good. I am not a broccoli fan normally, but this was good. I told him about my sister and the bed ordeal where she wanted the old couch as her bed. Fun stuff like that.
After our 4p.m. lunch The Guy does some cleaning around the house. He does some vacuuming and dishes. He also worked on one of his many media servers for the house.
We decide to go to the gym together. He asks if I have workout clothes, to whcih I reply that i don't after looking in my trunk. He gives me a pair of his shorts and a t-shirt to wear. We get our workout off the internet and are off. It is 15 squats, 15 sit ups, 15 pull ups, 15 push ups, then increase each to 25, and 75 a piece. This was all supposed to be done in 30 minutes. We managed to get through all of the sit ups and push ups, but the pull ups were much harder. I ended up doing about 5 or 10 each time. We also do a 10 minute walk on the treadmill to warm up. The Guy jokes about how my treadmill is so noisy. It was. No sé la razon. We talk about me subbing for Linda and Linda being so naive (as in not knowing about STDs or AIDS). He was sweating badly and I was glistening by the time the workout was over. I told him about her trash cans at school and tissues/gum. It felt pretty intense- especially when I normally don't do the pull ups. We were exhausted by the end of the workout.
We went to the Farmers Market afterward for groceries. The Guy got fruits and a few vegetables. We went through the store singing as usual to The Four Seasons song "Dawn" and "Working in a Coal Mine." I love going through that store singing- they play such great music! The Guy and I both know our oldies. I love being so carefree, just going in, singing. Fun times.
Workin' in a coal mine
Goin' down down down
Workin' in a coal mine
Whop! about to slip down
Workin' in a coal mine
Goin' down down down
Workin' in a coal mine
Whop! about to slip down
Five o'clock in the mornin'
I'm all ready up and gone
Lord I am so tired
How long can this go on?
When we get back to his place there is something that stinks. It turns out it is the smell of burning rubber in his dishwasher from his dog bowls. Took a while to figure it out. He takes the dishes out and cuts up the filet mignon he bought into strips and cooks it up in the skillet. He also serves the bean salad from the Farmers Market he bought.
We start watching movies and I forget what we watched first, but it was followed by XMEN 1, 2, and 3. It was after 5a.m. before we finished watching the movies. I was surprised. I had no idea I'd be there all night. I wasn't complaining, but that was unexpected. It was fun, though. The Guy was constantly up cleaning, cutting his hair, having me even up the back, vacuuming, putting sheets on the bed, and making comments and stuff.
The Guy and I both agreed he makes the comments and I always deliver the followup- that's kind of how we work. And my job is to agree with him. I wish I could remember some of the comments made during the movie. I think at one point during the movie he said "everyone but mutants" and I'd follow up with "everyone but you. You sir!"
The Guy had been texting his friend Matt who is 20. Matt just got off work and came over about 4a.m. The Guy gave me a 20 minute warning. Matt was cute. He wasn't really toned, but totally doable. The Guy suggests we go to bed and I agree. I was so tired/didn't really care, and I did have an idea what The Guy had in mind. The Guy starts hugging Matt and pulling down his pants. I make him do mine and he laughs. We all 3 begin making out, then Matt sucks me, I suck Matt, and The Guy gets out the lube and condoms. The Guy puts one on and then puts some lube on my ass and begins to fuck me. It hurt at first. It had been a LONG time since I had been. Then he fucks Matt, Matt puts one on and fucks me, then we go back to sucking each other. More condoms, more rounds, then we take turns pretty much fucking and kissing each other. Matt was huge on kissing. I liked that. The Guy afterward said how well we got along and how hot it was. It was.
It is 4:45 when we're done and he gives Matt a hug and takes off. He locks the door because he assumed I was staying the night. I told him I'd like to since I'd been up since 5:45a.m. Friday morning. He said that was fine. We slept in the same bed together, which was weird, especially after previous conversations about why we weren't, but I guess it was over the Josh thing then and feeling like he was in a relationship. Oh well, we were good. We slept on the far sides of the bed and the dog in between. The Guy's new husky sleeps on the tile floor, which was surprising. He didn't make an attempt to even get on the bed. It would have been crowded.
We sleep until 8 when The Guy has to get up to go to work. We are woken up by The Guy's computer playing some Beyonce and JayZ singing some Deja Vu. It was such a catchy song. I'm not sure what JayZ was singing about, but it didn't make a lot of sense I was convinced. He gets up, gets dressed, showers, and wears his orange Halloween underwear I joke. He wears some bright orange Armani underwear. He tells me that I'm free to hang around and just make sure his dogs don't get out. I hang around for about an hour and some, then take off about 9:50.
While there wasn't a lot of talking about deep issues, the company was worth it, and provided some reassurance I needed.
So what's going on for Halloween? Well, I'm having lunch with someone in the blog world today- details later. Then I'm going to either hang out with The Guy later and watch movies, or go to a hockey game with Linda, her husband, and son- they have a suite they won for being a high roller in the players club at the casino. I was also invited to a party at a house of a teacher whom I work with.
My parents are going to a Halloween party at John's parents house. They have the best costumes. My dad is going as Harry Potter and dying his hair jet black. My mom is going as Dolly Parton. My mom has a blue suit with rhinestones all over it, and my mom is getting her hair styled to look like Dolly's today. It looks so awesome!!! My dad is going as Harry Potter. He could have gone as Porter Waggoner, which my parents were originally going to do, but he didn't want to follow in theme. The theme of the party is TV shows/movies.

Artist covering other artists
Well, few seemed to be a fan of Luke Bryan's cover of "ApologiZe," although I loved it. I do have to say I like to hear other artists cover other artists songs. Do you guys have any favorite? Maybe off of youtube?
Here's Pink doing "Bohemian Rhapsody"
Pink covering "Bobby McGee" by Janis Joplin
Sugarland "Life in a Northern Town"
Leona Lewis covering Snow Patrol's "RuN"
Original Snow Patrol "Run"
Faith Hill covering Simon and Garfunkel's "Bridge Over Troubled Water" - I saw her do this, this is her Hollywood Bowl concert I went to
"Amazed" Faith Hill covering the Beatles
Frankie Valli- Spanish Harlem

Penpals!
This keeps getting better and better. He just won't leave. The 4 minute voicemail the other morning and this myspace message this morning. Good stuff. Are there a few lines in this message that are not a little disturbing? LOL. Well, like all of his other messages I'm ignoring it.
Whats in the past is in the past.. I don't remember how or why all that shit happened, but it doesn't matter anymore, you know?
At that point in my life, I had just lost my Mother, my life, basically everything - and I was in a situation in my life that I wouldn't wish on anyone! (well.. not true.. ah ha ha ha) Truth be told, you and Lisa were my only friends, and I hardly ever got to see you.
Imagine yourself in my shoes.. Your Mother just died, you had just sublet your apartment, sold your car, sold your business, moved away from your friends (your support group) and you had no other choice but to move to another state to try to start your life over again. It just so happens you moved to the county with the highest unemployment rate and there are no jobs available! That truly happened to me! You should know, you were there to witness some of it! :-(
So... I guess you can imagine how I was feeling when I lost my Mother and I'm in California and ALL MY FRIENDS are 3000 miles away, on the other side of the country. I had no one!
So.. needless to say.. When I met you, I instilled in you (subconsciously) all the responsiblity of my 40+ friends in Baltimore. You and Lisa were my "support group", however, unlike my friends in Baltimore, you were not always available to be there for me.. Having just lost my Mother, I really needed cheering up, constant attention, love, sex, etc.. ANYTHING that was an outlet to allow me to stop mourning over my Mothers passing, and to stop slipping deeper into depression.
I want to apologize for putting that much responsibility on you! But I want to thank you for being there for me when you could!
Now that I am back on my feet, and happy again. I am no longer depressed, and I am no longer in mourning for my Mothers death. I am working, living in a new place, and I have a few new friends, and my own car to be able to do the things I want to, when I want to do them! Things are different now... Things could be different between us. We could be together.
So.. Yea.. Now that I am in higher spirits, I wanted to contact you and see if we can still be in each others lives. Friends! Pen pals! Anything, so long as we can keep in touch with each other. When I visit California again, I'd like to be able to contact you and see you.
I really welcome you to come visit me here in Texas! If you would like to. Just pay for your plane ticket (prices are cheap these days) and I will take care of the rest!
When we were hanging out together, we always had fun. I enjoyed going to movies, hanging out at my house, going clubbing and dancing with you, and of course worshipping your body.
Well.. I hope you keep in touch Mike..
I gave you exactly 28 days and you did not respond to my last email. That is very unMikelike. Mike we can be together.

Planning a trip
Ok, ok, the quarter at school just started, but of course I am thinking about a vacation. Southwest Airlines is having a really good sale. You can fly roundtrip for $200 not including taxes. So I wanna get away. Travel has to be done between January 5 and February 10 so I was thinking that I have a break the week of January 10 from school.
I'd love to go to Chicago and am serious about going- BUT this Cali boy doesn't do snow. Beginning of January could be very cold. He will do rain. He thought about the following places:
- going back to Seattle
- going to see family in OK
- Nashville again
- Orlando, somewhere new, plus Disney World would be fun - $700 for a park hopper pass, hotel, transportation to park
- Dallas, Amarillo, El Paso, Austin TX, been to Austin once before
- back to NYC
- Norfolk VA, but don't want to stay with family there
I know if I'm going to do it I have to just do it because otherwise it won't be done. This could be my birthday gift to myself since my birthday falls during that time. Too bad nobody can go with me- family or friends due to school or finances. Oh well. I'm game to go alone.
Places I'd like to visit but risk snow:
Ohio
Illinois (Chicago)
Philadelphia
Denver
Salt Lake City

People who are there for you at any hour
I have a group of friends whom I'm there for and they are there for me at all hours whenever I have a problem. I have never had to call a friend in the middle of the night for something so urgent.
Gonzo, however, had one of those situations the other night where she needed me at 1:20a.m. I was glad to be there to help. It wasn't anything serious- she was home alone and didn't know how to shut the gas off at her house since it smelled of gas and it was dangerous. I drove over to help her. Everything is fine. The pilot light went out on the stove at her house she later told me filling the house with gas.
So this got me to thinking- who would I call and who can call me at anytime with a problem or just need someone to talk to?
Here's my list:
Best friend in MS
The Guy
Gonzo
Darla
My coworkers at the high school (Viv, Marci, Joe)
Dennis
All of the bloggers I chat with that have my number- you guys are special to me and there are some things I share with you guys/can tell you much easier than others
I also bring this up because I had something come up this week where another fool called me at a ridiculous hour of the night. My phone is on 24/7. It used to be for family reasons- the only way to contact us if something were to happen to my grandma. Now who doesn't have their phone on 24/7?
Carl called me last Thursday morning at 3:31a.m. It was 5:31 in Texas, I'll give him that, but why was he calling me? He isn't on that list! He isn't even on my friend's list. Well, he had a boyfriend for 2 days after 4 years of being single, then he dumped Carl and Carl was pretty much devastated. No I didn't pick up the phone to talk to him. I listened to his 4 minute pity party voicemail. Yes. A 4 minute voicemail. I got the point after about 30 seconds and was able to delete it.

It has been 2 months
I texted The Guy on Tuesday or Wednesday night. I had noticed him on AIM, but decided not to message him because I didn't want him to be in a mood, block me, stuff like that. I didn't think he would do that- he wouldn't- but I figured he was coming out of his shell more since he had been online. So I just texted him and lo and behold he texted back. We chatted about what we were up to. He told me he went to Phoenix last week and that he was playing with his new dog. I told him about subbing for Linda. I said I would love to hang out and see his new dog (and him).
We agreed Friday at 2. I texted a couple times leading up to 2p.m. and called once. Finally he texts back that he was home and to come on over.
I get over to his place and the door is locked. He is making his dogs sit. His new dog has a tendency to run. He got a 9 month old husky that is absolutely gorgeous. We come in and hug. He asks how I was. He shows off his new dog and sits down on the foot rest and watches him. I pet him for a while. We decide to go to the DP- dog park. The Guy gets a call from work so I pet his dogs while he takes care of that. Then we get in his car to go.
At the park all the little dogs are there. There are lots of macho chihuahuas and other little things. The husky played pretty well with them. The Guy's other dog didn't really play and stood by us. The Guy told me the 2 really bonded while he was in Phoenix because they were at a dog resort for the weekend. The 2 growled at each other in the car on the way over. He said that the two still are trying to get along, but his other dog has mellowed out a lot. We make sure that his dogs play friendly with the others. I ask him what he has been up to and he tells me nothing. Standard response. He said really. He has still been getting over the Josh thing. He brings up Jeff's dog and asked me if I had met him. I told him I had that weekend he was in Michigan. He asked what happened that weekend and I wasn't going to tell him, but did. I told him my grandma died. I told him how it was hard because my dad didn't want to tell my sister, then all the family drama surrounding that. The Guy said he knew that's where all the problems would come from. I told The Guy how my aunt has caught herself up in some lies and how she could now be facing criminal charges. I told him how my aunt was using me as a scapegoat to plan her next move and try to put all of the attention on me so she can go behind my parents back and do something else. I told him that's how it worked because within hours of my grandma's death my aunt was ready to have her cremated- despite the fact that wasn't her wishes. A couple times we were about to leave but the dogs started to play with bigger dogs that came to the park so we stayed. The Guy was making fun of all the characters at the park. The fat Asian chick, the robotic guy. He was in a mood you could tell for him to be doing that- especially when he makes fun of weight.
We finally take off and head back to his place. We look at the new Macs and he decides he can get one. He has a Mac Pro, but couldn't justify to his parents to keep buying them when everyone else has iMacs at work. He said he could buy the top of the line now and just upgrade it. The Guy got a call as this was going on that a couple of Windows computers at one of their offices broke down and so they are going to need a few new Macs to replace it.
He told me Josh and him finally started talking this week and this is how he broke out of his shell. They only talked over text about working out. He did e-mail Josh a letter about how a supposed total body workout plan he was on was not really that. He was pointing out the flaws and defects in it in an attempt to show Josh it is a system- a system is not all inclusive. Josh wrote back and said he didn't care. He didn't want to talk about this anymore.
The Guy asked if I was seeing anyone. I told him about Chris. He said he was disappointed that Chris was using me like that. He said that Chris checked out well because he was best friends with The Guy's ex, and The Guy knows his ex wouldn't lie about that. Chris was probably just using me as a backup anytime he is lonely, which for a guy who needs "lots of love" as his best friend described makes sense.
It is about 5p.m. and we are hungry. The Guy has some beans and I have some leftovers from the salmon place we like. We decided to go to Best Buy. He ordered a hard drive online for a guy he likes and is kind of sort of seeing who was coming over to get his computer fixed later in the evening. While there he decides he'd go ahead and buy the new iMac for himself, a firewire cable to transfer everything over, and then found Best Buy didn't have a Raid Hard drive so he could have a duplicate backup of everything. He decides and I knew he would to buy the new iMac because it was upgradable and that's where he gets the real pleasure from.
We have the most awful customer service at Best Buy. The guy in Customer Service is downright rude and gives The Guy the runaround and then argues with The Guy telling him that he didn't order what he did- yet he had his iPhone and it showed in the email right there it was the wrong thing. Then CS guy didn't know how to void that order and had to call for a manager. In the meantime I'm chatting with 2 older gay guys making small talk about Macs vs. PCs and how the iMac was so superior. The one guy was frustrated with Windows and driver issues and software issues when he upgraded to Vista and then Windows 7. I told him there was no issue with my Mac. Everything still works. In the meantime The Guy is running back and forth trying to get the right hard drive he had ordered. Oh, and lovely CS guy left the security tag on the hard drive and so The Guy broke that when we got home.
The Guy talked about how he was going to make a complaint to Best Buy. He told me how this Josh thing made him so upset. We talk about what a system is, what a total body workout is, why the Crossfit Training system and the culture/mantality is so awful, yet why Josh is so engaged with it. It is a good program- to an extent- but it believes in causing your muscles to fatigue constantly and the same repetitiveness, and it believes everyone is naturally super fit/athletic, which is not the case. It has good points, but there is a lot lacking, which is what The Guy basically pointed out to Josh.
We get back to his place and we are on a mission to cleanup. Part of that mission included The Guy giving me his old surround sound speakers. WOW! He also gave me an HDMI cord that was sitting around. He did all of the dishes, set his Mac Pro up to transfer all the data to the new computer, cleaned up the desk, office, and then did all the dishes. We made smalltalk and it felt good to talk.
The guy was coming over at 8 with his friend, so I left about 7:30 so The Guy could hop in the shower.
I got a call from my friend Luis who was with his girlfriend and wanted to go to a haunted house at a local amusement park. I said it'd be fun to go with them, so I head over to do that. We meet at a Mexican restaurant where they had tacos de lengua y de cabeza (tacos of tongue and brain) which were sooooooo good. I had never been to this restaurant. We go to the haunted house and it was not that scary. His girlfriend shrieked a few times. We went on all the rides at the amusement park since there were almost no lines.
It was 11:50 when I got home and not a moment too soon. I was so exhausted. I had been gone from the house since 6:05 in the morning, was tired, had the worst headache. It consumed the entire back of my head, my sinuses, and my ears hurt to touch them because of all the pain. I fell asleep right after I got out of the bath and didn't bother to even put the sheets back on the bed that I had taken off before I went to work so they could be washed. I collapsed on the bed at about 12:05 and was completely out until 9 this morning.

Hard to read Chris
I wasn't even thinking it was Thursday yesterday, hence Thursday night TV with Chris. I had been meaning to text him all day while I was at work to tell him I had a dream about him. I had been so busy with work and family life that I hadn't really had a chance for anything else. I texted him about 2:30. I'd meant to do it hours earlier. I've had such severe allergy problems that I'm taking allergy meds to the max and that makes for some pretty awesome dreaming (downside is you don't wake up too relaxed).
Last night was no exception- you can read about my dream below that I had about Chris.
So we did all of the above.
Met at his place at 6:15p.m., then went to dinner. We went to an Italian place down the street from his apartment I had never been to. It wasn't great, but it was pretty good. We talked about so much- just like a date- we talked over what to eat, should we split or share what we are eating? We talked about school, I talked about work, he talked about work, swapped stories about our week, how mean I am at work, he talked about Christmas and wanting to go somewhere since he won't have his son he doesn't want to do the family thing. We talked about facebook apps like Grindr and how scary it was. I told him my story about it. We talked about family. I told him a little about what was going on with my family since he asked how I was holding up since my grandma's death.
We get back to his place, then get our swimsuits and change to go to the hot tub in his complex. We get down there and chat a lot about school. We talk about how happy I am at the college I am at. He asked if I was worried about loans because I should already be pretty indebted because of my undergrad, but I told him why I graduated from college with no debt. Then we talked about his education, how his grandpa is encouraging him to go back and get his doctorate, but he is so over school. We talked about the situation with my grandma a little more. It was a good conversation and felt good to just let it out. We talked about teaching- becoming an administrator. He told me about his friend who has been pink slipped every year she has taught and she has taught nearly 10 or 11 years and how she lives so frugally because of the constant threats of being terminated. I told how my dad was pink slipped after working in the same district for 8 years and the constant threat for my mom being a home ec teacher. Good talk and enjoyed how he said he admires me for going into teacher.
Then we go back upstairs. I use the bathroom, so I close the door and decide to change. When I come out he makes fun of me for changing behind closed doors when he has seen me nakey before. I wish I hadn't changed behind closed doors in that case... haha.
So we settle in for Thursday night TV. So we could skip through the commercials quick we watch a quick episode of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," and we talk about had we ever been to Philadelphia. I had been to Pennsylvania like Hershey and Gettysburg, but not Philadelphia. While we're watching TV Chris develops severe heartburn. Severe heartburn. He takes some pills for it then kind of lays on the couch with his computer trying to distract himself. He is playing Bejeweled and farming on facebook. We watch "The Office," which is HILARIOUS. I was laughing and cringing sooooo much. After "30 Rock" we called it a night, I grabbed my leftovers from dinner, got my swimsuit, and headed home.
So for um not dating and not being sexually compatible, a hot tub, dinner, and TV on the couch sure sounded like one... haha... I'm not hurt. I'm not falling into the trap if that is what it is. I'll just consider it a good time with a friend.

Apologize
Luke Bryan does a cover of One Republic's "Apologize."
What do you think?
I heard this on the radio coming home from the gym the other night and didn't realize what it was. I had heard the song before. It was on the tip of my tongue as I was trying to figure out what it was. I was singing along as the song began... "you tell me that you want me, and then you go and cut me down, you tell me that you're sorry didn't think I'd cut you down," and then it hit me as he sang, and then hot damn, that sexy "apologize" came out of his mouth. He didn't have to apologize for anything. He's so yummy and the song was like vocal sex.
Yea or nay?
Which do you prefer?

Grindr
That is my new favorite dirty time waster. I had it on my phone a while back after a blogger or reader told me about it, then I deleted it. I put it back. Found some interesting people on there including Chris. Hot guys within a few thousand feet of my house. Where have all of these people been all of my life? Haven't really chatted. I certainly don't have a face pic posted. Anyone had any success off of this? If so, what did you do and how did it work? Just sort of curious.

Party in the Parking Lot
I got to work this morning and Ms. Flirt was just getting there, pulling in the lot too. Ms. Flirt (new character in my blog) is a mid 20ish teacher's assistant at the school. She is a big woman and the biggest flirt you will ever meet. It is so overt. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable when she flirts around me- afterall her MOM is there! Her mom is a teacher's assistant at the school also. They ride together everyday.
I walk past her car on the way to the office and I hear her door open to her car and Miley Cyrus is on singing "Party in the USA." I run over and say "You are not listening to this." Ms. Flirt said she could listen to what she wanted and she knew I liked the song so she had it on for me. I joked that she knows how to please me and began dancing to it. I threw my hands up (cause they were playing my song), starting jolting my hips back and forth just like in the video. She rolled out of her car and began dancing too with me. We were bumping hips, kind of dancing in circles, waving arms in air. Of course I'm singing along to the chorus,
"so I put my hands up,
they’re playing my song,
And the butterflys fly away
Noddin’ my head like yea
Movin my hips like yea
I got my hands up,
They’re playin my song
I know im gonna be ok
Yea, It's a party in the USA"
So funny. Her mom just sat in the car knitting and stared.
Last week in the teacher's lounge:
Ms. Flirt: Who are you subbing for today?
Me: Linda
Ms. Flirt: You don't look anything like her.
Me: I'll take that as a compliment.
Ms. Flirt: You need bangs.
Me: I do. I also need to be able to do that shake. She has that shake with her hair that she can shake her head and it falls into place.
Ms. Flirt: Let's see.
Me: (I demonstrate)
Ms. Flirt: (Bursting into laughter) You can do that all day for me.
Me: um.
Another day:
Mandy is Ms. Flirt's mom and was sitting at lunch with us
Me: Mandy, can you pass the salt shaker?
Ms. Flirt: Don't give it to him!
Mandy: He needs the sodium, not me.
Ms. Flirt: No. He'll eat it.
Me: My pastas getting cold.
Ms. Flirt: Do I need to salt it for you?
Me: Oh yeah.
Ms. Flirt: Where would you like it?
Me: On my tongue.
Ms. Flirt: Stick it out for me!
Me: (stick out my tongue)
Ms. Flirt: What about your pasta?
Me: That too.
She finally hands me the salt shaker
She probably thinks I'm leading her on... If only she knew...
2 adults dancing to Miley Cyrus... I know no shame!
If I were listening to Miley and had my door open she would have called me out... I can't believe I did call her out on that, though...

Cast of characters
Following the advice of Steevo I am creating a cast of characters in my blog for those new readers, or those who have forgotten who is who. Lots of clickable links in between the commas.
The Guy- Met him off of craigslist a few years back. We originally met for just sex, but then it developed into something more, basically a relationship that lasted for about a year. Now we are just good friends. He has helped me in all aspects of my life- school, work, family.
Josh- The Guy's straight trainer at the gym whom he fell for. Many times. A sexual and emotional relationship ensued between Josh and The Guy. He is in his mid 20s, tattoos, bodybuilder. Josh is either extremely closeted, a user, or both.
Jeff- The Guy's good friend who is 25. We are cordial toward each other, but don't hang out unless The Guy is around.
Gonzo- One of my best friends. I have known her since elementary school. She is the first person I came out to. She goes to college, has strict Mexican parents, and is engaged. We like to go shopping together.
Viv, Marci, Joe, Darla, Eddy- all good friends I work with at the high school that I tutor at. We like to go out together and do stuff like this, or this.
My dad- I'm out to him, he's a teacher. Lets my sister get away with a lot.
Sister- I'm not out to her, she constantly harasses me over things like sexuality, is kind of out of control, is all about herself, she is 20. Doesn't get along with most in the family. Likes gourmet, classy food... choke choke!
My mom- not out to her, she's a teacher, I consider myself closer to her than my dad. I still can't seem to tell her. Doesn't let my sister get away with a lot. Strong woman- if she can handle a boss like this.
Best friend- Lives in Mississippi, studying to be a pilot, slightly redneck, very Christian and conservative, had a big issue that I am gay, but is learning to accept it. Told me I just hadn't had good experiences with girls, just needed to feel what a girl was like to know I was attracted to them. He even stood up for me this past July.
Carl- constantly recurring acquaintance from Spanish class. A guy I befriended, he came out to me, he had feelings for me, he constantly got pissed off at me, he was mad I didn't go to Disneyland with him for his birthday, the world revolved around him. He moved to Texas and now wants back in my life- he misses me.
The Mike's- Former h.s. friends who I no longer associate with. They have had a hard time accepting my sexuality, plus what my sister did. I don't need friends like this.
Dennis- Good middle and high school friend. Very introverted. He has an easier time opening up to me than most people I feel. Teacher. We go to drag shows together.
Linda- My mom's best friend, a fellow teacher. I sub for her whenever she is out. Like a 2nd mother to me. Very obsessive compulsive. Thinks of me like her son- keeping tabs on me like her son, always wanting to be sure I am fed. Constantly trying to keep up on my whereabouts.
Lesbian cousins- I have 2 lesbian cousins in Oklahoma (one is 15 and then her mom is in her 30s). I have a 22 year old lesbian cousin who did porn a few years back on my dad's side out here in Cali.
Cousins- occasionally mentioned- refers to either 1 specific, or a group of them. Most often refers to my 2nd cousin, the one I went to Universal Studios and to see Faith Hill with, is pursuing a makeup career, is 25 years old.
Aunt in Nor Cal- Woman I despise and hate for the hell she put my grandma, my family, and myself through. The time, money, and time my parents have had to take off of work to deal with her is unfortunate.
John- a friend of The Mike's, but I have known him longer. He is much more understanding.
The Guy- Met him off of craigslist a few years back. We originally met for just sex, but then it developed into something more, basically a relationship that lasted for about a year. Now we are just good friends. He has helped me in all aspects of my life- school, work, family.

Things are looking up
Pretty excited here... kind of nice...
- still dealing with tons of stress regarding the aunt. There were several lows this week. Lots of drama. I am still heartbroken over what she did, said, and happened. I'm just hoping my aunt is as stupid and what she said this week was the truth. She could be in major trouble not just with the family, but the law.
- A week off from school.... much needed
- Subbing 4 days next week for Linda
- Subbed yesterday for 1 hour and got paid for a full day
- Because I subbed for that hour I didn't get a chance to get my pedicure (I got the sub call at 12p.m. as I was heading out to do that)... lol... so gay... I know... lol... Chris inspired me... we were chatting the other night how we both needed our toenails cut and how our toes were so ugly... we both agreed pedicures were in order... so um... I am going to do that... should be fun... lol.. I know lots of guys who get them... need to find time for one... maybe tomorrow...
- Still having these awful headaches... they have been pretty much constant in the past 2-3 weeks.
- We bought a living room set at Ashley Furniture last weekend. It was $2,200, but on sale for $1,100. 50% off. Everything was delivered today, so we have been rearranging the furniture. I am in love. Red rust couches. Brown metal end and cocktail tables with glass. Our old couches were from 1994. We are getting rid of the end tables from 1974. Living room looks a whole lot more modern. Love the color!!!
- Cleaned out my closet- as in not just taking the clothes out, but all the stuff in the back I never touch. Sooooo much better now!!! Got rid of a lot. Also did all my laundry. Feeling pretty good about that. Things are organized once again and smelling good.
- We got a loan!!! We were approved during the summer, but only had time to get the new roof put on. Yay for that! Parents have great credit, but after the whole credit crunch we weren't approved. Just got approved during the summer. We can now finish redoing the house. That means...
- New windows (dad is going to buy them on Tuesday without my mom's knowledge... she'll throw a fit either way whether she knows our not... she'll say he bought the cheapest windows (not true- these will be the ones that qualify for the tax rebate because they are energy efficient)... how she wasn't consulted... but this is how my parents work after 30+ years of marriage... if they want it they do it... my mom is against it because it costs money... once the windows are installed she won't complain because her friend's son will do the install and so we're "helping" him with $$$ and they'll be pretty)
--- To explain how my parents work my mom was complaining how "aged" everything looked in the house and went out and just bought new carpet without telling my dad last year... also did the same when it came to an ugly couch she bought last year... that's how they work...
- Central air/heat (yes... our house is that old that it doesn't have it... seriously I don't know how we've survived in So Cal... mom has thrown a fit for years about how much it would cost... my dad basically said we are doing it PERIOD---
I'm calling to have it installed Monday)
- New doors... hopefully some nice doors with lots of glass to bring in lots of light
- New kitchen - a few months away, but things are moving!
- Waiting for JC Penney to have 70% off on blinds and curtains before we update the living room even more.
- My mom bothers me in that she insists on holding onto everything... thankfully my dad "found someone" (named the trash company) and "needs" end tables and old coffee tables.
Edit:
- Oh, and this just occurred. Sis was out all day while the couches were being delivered. Sister liked the old couches so much, despite the fact they were so ugly (well, with age, they were)... but my sister likes junk, so what do you expect? Anyways, she came got home about 15 minutes ago, saw the new couches, and said "yuck! I am never sitting in here again! These are ugly!" I laughed. Sister has complained for months how she doesn't want to get rid of the couches because she likes to sleep on them. Then she goes in her room, comes out, and suddenly her bed is broken. She has a twin metal bed in her room and she decided she wanted the old couch as her bed. She unscrewed a leg off of her bed and tried to bend it. Thankfully my parents said tough and gave the old pads on the couch to the dogs and put them in their dog houses. Victory! Poor sis. NOT!!! Sis had to put the leg back on her bed, of course there were all the cries of how she couldn't lift the bed, the bed was now on the floor, you get the idea.

Thursday night ritual
I went over to Chris' last night despite the whole "not being compatible sexually" in the week prior. I am a little bothered by that comment because I guess of the way it was presented, but I felt led on and things like that. Oh well. I think he is a good guy, still, and we do get along quite well. More than anything I want a friend, so I think I can set my feelings aside.
He messaged me about 5p.m. saying he was sorry he hadn't messaged me all week and that it was Thursday. I acknowledged that it was and it was ok. We chatted about what we were up to and I was about to head out for coffee with Darla at Starbucks. I did, but logged into AIM on my phone since I knew he'd get around to asking me about hanging out. Eventually he left a strong overt hint he wanted to hang out. I asked him if he was going to watch "The Office." He said he was. I asked if he wanted me to come over. He said he would like that very much, but understood it was a long drive. I told him not to worry.
He had me meet him at Victoria Gardens because he was pretty much camped out there. He had a computer problem that was being fixed on his Apple and just got it back early in the day- that was before his phone started acting up and that warranted another trip. I meet him there. He was at the Genius Bar being helped when I got there. We hug and then look at the computer accessories while waiting for his new phone. It only takes a few minutes, then we head out. He drives me to my car and I drive back to his place.
He warned me his place was a mess, and honestly, it wasn't that bad- toys were everywhere, but not a big deal. We sit down on the couch and he connects his computer and phone, returns calls and texts while we watch "Community." We both think "Community" is stupid. We watched "Parks and Recreation," and Chris was questioning me about my Spanish abilities. I was chuckling quite a bit during the Spanish parts with the subtitles and he asked if I really needed those to understand and I told him, "no señor." "The Office" seemed to be a filler episode. We watched "30 Rock" after, which I found painfully boring.
We made smalltalk about what we had done during the week and work.
He was about to pass out it seemed by 10p.m. and so he walked me out to the car and we hugged and said our goodbyes.

Realizations
Met up with J/O Buddy last night. I texted him Saturday night after he texted me, then we texted a few times back and forth yesterday. I told him after I got out of class around 8p.m. I'd be free. I get a few more texts from him saying to "walk in, drop your clothes, and watch me." I did that, and well, it was hot. We sat across from each other in the candlelight stroking our dicks. We made comments about how we liked each others penis, how hot the scene was, etc. It was very hot. He was so turned on about 15 minutes into it and cummed shortly after. I followed.
On my way home I came to some realizations. My professor was talking about how school is a normalcy for so many kids who go through so much, and I really feel like after everything that has gone on over the past month or so. I go there having to put on an act and focus my attention and energies into the kids. I am not thinking about what is going on with my aunt and other things. Everyday has been different dealing with the drama that has come along, but work and school are keeping me normal and grounded- it is giving me something to focus on. I was thinking how my education courses have been so great. I have met some great, interesting people in those classes. I have gone out for drinks with 4-5 of the students 3-4 times this quarter (and I've only known these people 9 weeks). I love Matt with his sense of humor and always trying to piss Lisa and Lory off. Lisa is always saying "you just need to think." Oh yeah... fun times... enjoying these people. Oh, and the work isn't too hard. Fun stuff too like the "Cha Cha Slide" last night are just a few of the fun/amusing things we've done. Really enjoying getting to know these people and that has been an incredible thing over the past few months. These people are people I'm going to know throughout my entire program, so that is cool that we have bonded like this and can hang out. Seriously, I missed out on this during my undergrad. It is pretty incredible and makes me feel really blessed to have met these people, especially when things have been so difficult as of late.
Some good news came with my aunt the other night- basically we knew this- but it was reaffirmed she was responsible for her actions and she may be in some hot water. My grandma may finally be laid to rest this week, so that is good.
Again, thanks to everyone who has listened to me, been there to talk to, checked in on me over the past few weeks. It means a ton and has helped me feel a lot better.

These are the kinds of things you learn in an education class
with a teacher who is an elementary school teacher. I'm not complaining because it was so hilarious and fun to do, and she did have a point. She is all about activities you can do with the kids like brain teasers/brain breaks, and this is one thing she does with her elementary school kids once a week. We spent some time this evening learning the "Cha Cha Slide" and "Cotton Eyed Joe" dance.
Cotton Eyed Joe
What a fun class tonight! Last class with this professor. Very saddened. It was a fun 9 weeks.

Made it through the weekend
Wanted to say thanks sooooo much to everyone who messaged me, commented, or emailed me to comfort me. I made it through the weekend, which was difficult, especially Saturday. I was with family, that added, yet helped the anxiety. We did go out to lunch at a nice restaurant on Saturday, bought a living room set, I went to The GAP, and got a lot of other shopping done. Good time!
Oh, and I bought yellow corduroy pants. Yes. I'm daring.
I think I need to find some shoes that match now. I can't really wear yellow cords and a blue shirt with brown shoes now, can I?

Still hurting
It has been 3 weeks since my grandma died, but I'm still hurting. The feelings I was feeling back then were much of shock and a lot of hurt from what my aunt had done. I had a hard time crying and opening up at first. Now the hurt isn't so much my grandma has gone, it is the hurt, the pain, that my aunt has caused since then.
The weeks that have followed have been extremely difficult because of all the hurdles and stupid things my aunt has done. We are involved in a nasty court battle with her. She is a despicable human being. I cannot believe it. I guess this is where my stress, tears, and worry all come in. It is expensive for the lawyer, which is causing a lot of stress/financial hardship that I constantly hear about. My aunt continues to take stuff out on me and that hurts. I try to not show it- I just ignore it. All of this is taking a toll on me. How many more fucking times can my aunt say something to further hurt me? I know- try to stop her- ignore her- but it never works out and still seeps down in my skin. Some days I get in the car and just want to cry, and do. I feel like I can truly cry here and not feel bad about it. It is where I am alone and for whatever reason the tears come so freely. I'm sure these are tears from the anxiety/worry/stress, but it is tough. I have so few people to talk to (other than a therapist and the 2 people I have told about the drama). I don't have The Guy or others to really talk to. The weekends, like this one, are tough where we have no plans. I love the time away free with friends and when I am not home because everything ceases- no drama- just relaxation and not thinking about the issue.

And we'll just be friends...
Chris and I were talking on AIM while he was at work today and here's part of the convo... think this pretty much says it...
So yeah....
well I totally enjoy hanging out with you, and don't forget it it is Thursday night. But I have this feeling that we are not sexually compatible when we are together.
So yeah....
Plan to ask him out
Ok guys... here's the idea/plan... feedback, ideas, whatever would be helpful...
Chris IM'd me tonight about 6 and we chatted. He told me he was horny. The alerts weren't being pushed to my phone like they were supposed to and so I didn't find out that he was horny until 1:18a.m. this morning. Don't ask why I'm up at this ungodly hour. Allergies.
I COULD text Chris tomorrow and be flirty/cutesy like "here comes the bride..." or something like that hinting about "The Office." I could go off of the horny comment, and ask him if he is still horny tomorrow. Should I? No sé... but if he responds back yes, then I would probably ask him out to dinner or remind him "The Office" is on tonight.
Anyways, I was watching NBC all evening and realized the Pam and Jim wedding is on the Office tonight. Remember how Chris and I have been getting together to watch "The Office?" Well, here's my thinking, ask him if he is free tonight and wants to grab dinner, we grab dinner if so, then TV at his place, and of course "The Office." Well, I know Pam and Jim are getting married and are going to be together, so my thought is to pop the question during that time too, perhaps say like "I see Jim and Pam are together, and they make a great couple, and I think we would too," or "They were both together for a long time and had interest in each other, and I still have that same interest for you that I had back when I met you."
Or.............. pop the question during dinner. Basically say how I know on the Office tonight Jim and Pam are going to get together and I think that we could be great together. I really like you, and I think you know that I would make the time for you (something his ex didn't do).
I don't know... ideas? Suggestions? Am I crazy? Thoughts, suggestions, whatever, greatly appreciated. I dunno...

I'll Just Leave.
Act I: Tuesday night, Allergy shots
Act I Scene I- In my car
Dad: Does Olive Garden have the pasta special still?
Me: Just a few more days. I think it lasts until the 8th they showed on the commercial.
Dad: Let's go there.
Me: Ok.
Act I Scene II- Kaiser, waiting for our arms to be checked to see that we haven't had a reaction to the allergy shots
Sis: Where are we eating?
Dad: Olive Garden
Sis: Who said that?
Dad: I did. Do you want something else? Carrows? Carls? Cocos? Jack in the Box?
Sis: No. You know I don't like that.
Dad: You like spaghetti.
Sis: No you idiot, they have poopy spaghetti. You know I don't like theirs.
Dad: You ate it a month ago.
Sis: Yeah, only because I was forced.
Dad: Well, where do you want to go?
Sis: I don't care.
Dad: Carrows?
Sis: I'll just leave.
Dad: Farmer Boys?
Sis: No. Yuck.
Dad: McDonalds?
Sis: You know I don't like white meat chicken nuggets.
Me: Chickens don't have nuggets.
Sis: Shut up you poophead.
Dad: Marie Callendars?
Sis: That's a grandma place. No.
Dad: Dairy Queen?
Sis: No. Their chicken has too many calories.
Me: They fry it- just like everywhere else. Shame on them.
Sis: No you idiot my food isn't fried.
Dad: Wienerschnitzel?
Sis: You know hot dogs make me sick. Remember in Mrs. MacIntire's class when I choked on one back in 1st grade? Remember? It was a chicken hot dog? I can't stand hot dogs. You know that!
Dad: No. Ok.
Sis: I'll just leave. You guys just don't understand me.
Dad: We're trying to go somewhere together.
Sis: No. You guys just don't care. I'll go home and be alone. You guys don't eat good food. I don't need you.
Dad: Ok...
Sis: I'll just eat at home.
Dad: Ok...
Sis: I'll just eat at home.
Dad: Are you sure? Subway?
Sis: You're just going to waste money with Mike. He's going to run you out of house and home because he's going to take you to the most expensive place he can find, and you'll say yes, then we'll be broke for the rest of the month.
Dad: Hey.
Sis: You waste so much money feeding him. He's a pig. He goes oink oink. It is just too expensive to eat out. I'll just go home.
(In my mind I'm thinking eat from your Campbells Soup Can. That sounds real good, you do that, dumb bitch.)
Act I Scene III- My car
(We just decided upon going to Yardhouse since my dad had never been.)
Me: It is so much quieter without Sis. We can actually try new things. I like this. I could get used to this.
Dad: I figure we can try something new.
Me: We should do this more often.
Act I Scene IV- Yardhouse
Dad: What is this? A pick up bar?
Me: (laugh)
Dad: It has the feel. Look at that girl over there where she has an expansive chest and a drink in her hand. She is screaming take me home.
Me: Take me home and fuck me. (I'm bad! I normally would never have said that around my dad)
Dad: Well, look at the girl next to her. She's got the hair and leather jacket.
Me: HAHAHAHA
Dad: What is this place? It is so loud you can't think. I want to be able to go into a restaurant and have a conversation. I don't need to be blasted by the music. You know how this goes. That's why your mother always asks to be sat away from the speakers.
Me: Uh huh... I don't mind it... It's nice upon occasion.
Fun moments at dinner...
A group of 8 Asians were getting wasted at Yardhouse and burst out singing just about any song that came over the speaker. One song was hilarious, and that was "Benny and the Jets," they burst out going "buhbuhbuhBenny" and we were cracking up. My dad said how he didn't know if they were drunk yet, but he didn't need to be around them.
The big Asian girl with the big mouth sang "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds," and that was funny. She was waving her napkin in the air.
Dad comments on how people probably end up getting sloshed coming here like the people with the yardstick of beer and how he didn't need to come after work for something like that.

White noise
I used to dismiss this as a bunch of BS, but seriously, I never wake up during the night anymore (except for Moppy or Poison next door, or someone getting up in the middle of the night). I don't hear the noise from the highway which I live off of anymore. Many mornings I don't hear my sister's alarm at 4:45a.m. I don't hear sirens. I sleep through the entire night, and have since August or so. What is my white noise of choice? My air filter. After I spend some time each night trying to get used to its hum and convince my brain that it is not detracting from my sleep, it isn't a big deal, and I can sleep with it on. It is so great to sleep the entire night.

Movie night with the tutors
Joe, Viv, Marci, and Gonzo all came to my house. Viv was fashionably late, as usual. Joe was on time, as usual. Gonzo was in the middle. Viv arrived with her entourage- her cousins, whom are all pretty wild. It worried me as I thought it would turn into a big drinking party, but what was I going to say? No? It's not as if I'd get in trouble from my parents for having them over. I just wanted it to be a little coworker get together.
Everyone meets at my place at 9:30 and I have some random show on MTV going. We sit and chit chat about random things that amuse us at the moment until Viv shows up. When she shows up she has her crew and we all sit down to watch "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist." I made Rachael Ray's Chicken Parm bites, which were awesome, and the tutors loved them. They were gone within minutes. The plate just kept getting passed around. Viv asked what we had to drink, and I did buy beer since I figured that was what she and Marci would want. I was looking in the fridge and there were 3 unopened, cold bottles of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider, and I offered them. They were a hit. No joke. I brought them out and Viv took the bottle to share with her posse. Joe and Gonzo split a bottle, and Mari and I did the same. We ended up back on MTV talking about stupid stuff they show on there. Viv's cousins were very quiet and I tried to make them feel comfortable, but they are the real party type want to get out there, so after about an hour they took off to a club.
Viv, Gonzo, and Mari all wanted to go out to the hookah bar since we talk about things we did or have done that were fun. Not sure how that one came up. For me it was one of those things it was cool to try, but was it my thing? Hmmm... mebbe not. Anyways, we all get in our cars and head down there. We sit in the same spot we sat in last time. We sit, talk, talk about work, talk about the music, the repetitiveness of the music, and more. They play a couple jamz and I get up to dance. Nobody else did. There were people on the various couches moving back and forth, but we were at the back, so I figured I couldn't embarrass myself too badly, so I get up and start thrusting my hips side to side as they play this song:
causing the girl in the group next to get up and dance with me. It was fun times. My coworkers laughed. I was thoroughly amused.
We talked about crazy things we have done. They don't put it past me- they know I'm the curious mind that will do any and everything, or at least try it. Told Viv and Mari about all they missed for not going clubbing with us. Joe didn't go clubbing with Gonzo and I last Friday at the gay club, and I'm just throwing it out there. I see Joe as the kid I was. We are about 3 years apart. He is the curious, want to be crazy type, like myself. He seems to live vicariously through others and our stories. He seems to be really curious about everything- drinking, hookah, smoking, and according to Gonzo he seemed to show interest/yet hesitance to go to a gay club. Whether he is, or isn't gay, I don't know, but um, he is cute. I am not going to make any moves, I am not going to say anything. He always seems surprised by what I have done. Honestly, I'm not that much of a wild child, sure I've done some things, and tried a few things, which I don't need to advertise, but I guess I kind of feel/see him looking up to me in that regard. I'm not saying I'm encouraging him to do things because I'm not. I know I haven't done things that are completely safe, 100% right, and there are risks, and he has a great future (like I do) and I don't want to see either of us lose that. I'm real about it and I don't know if that's a good thing or not- he asks me stuff and I'm like I've done it BUT... He comes from a similar background (conservative and older parents).
We talked about things we should do, how since Gonzo is working Friday nights she has an excuse to be out late. We talked about lots of other good stuff. We took off about 12:55 or so and I got home about 1:10. I'm exhausted, but my brain is on overdrive.

Office Party
I texted Chris yesterday when I told him how I had such an easy day at work. He wished me a Happy Almost Friday. I said TGI Thursday because The Office was on tonight. He said he was free after 7:30. I said we could watch together if he wanted, and he replied yep. I get my car washed and showered, then head over to his place. I'm running late, text him to let him know, and he is running late, too. I actually pull into his apartment complex a moment before him- he is behind me.
I go up to his apartment and make it there after him. The door is locked. The first thing he tells me is that he shaved his head. I told him I saw on facebook and complemented him on it. It didn't look bad, but he does have the most awesome brown hair- the perfect hair- but he shaved his head before, so I wasn't too surprised. We hug, then he runs around doing laundry. He asks me who does my laundry (Me!) and we make small talk.
We settle on the couch and talk. He shows me the big train set and table he bought for his son. He tells me about going up to Fresno with family this weekend. I talk about my family being out of town. We settle down for some SNL, Parks and Recreation, The Office, and a few minutes of Leno. During this time Chris makes some tuna for dinner and his cats go wild. He gives them the juice from the can. I make fun of him for smelling so bad. We sit up against each other on the couch. Occasionally he pulls up stuff on his computer like his farm on facebook, but for the mostpart we sit chuckling at the show.
About halfway through Community, Chris readjusts himself where he puts his legs over my lap. I start stroking them and a couple of times move up to his crotch a couple times and stroke it. After Leno he sits up and puts his hand on my dick and I do the same. He moves down into my pants and I eventually move down into his. I stop at each level- through his boxer briefs and then down to his dick. About 10 minutes into Leno he says we need to go where it is darker and more intimate.
We go into his bedroom and he lays out on the bed. I lay in his right arm. I rub his chest and stuff with my right arm. He rubs my back, arm, and ear. After a while he moves on top of me and licks my ear making me so turned on. He moves down to my nipples and starts sucking and biting them. I lay up in the bed and start sucking on his hear and licking it. He is really turned on. He moves down to my dick, though, and starts sucking on it. He does this for a few minutes, then lays back down. I then make my move where I start rubbing his chest and sucking/licking his ear again. He moans a little bit and I start jacking him off since he has his hand in my pants. I would have moved down to suck him off, but his hand was in my way because it was going down his chest and to my dick. I apparently make him cum. He told me "Michael you're going to make me cum," or that's what I heard, but he claims he said "Michael, you made me cum." I didn't cum because I'm so hard to make cum he claims. And yes, I can go a long time, but I was close, I just didn't know he wasn't. He had to get a new pair of boxer briefs because I made him make a mess. He came back to me and laid in the fetal position. I put my leg and arms around him and he laid. We made small talk about it already being October, it being cooler, and things like that. Then he said he had to go to work even if I didn't in the morning, so we got ready to go. He stayed in his underwear, so didn't walk me out to the car. We hugged and wished each other a good weekend.
I left at 11 and coming home was not fun. I hit traffic leaving his place. They were taking the freeway from 5 lanes to 1, so it took me 15 minutes to go a mile. Then when I got on the next freeway they were taking away 2 lanes for roadwork, then the highway I live off of is being widened and traffic is detoured through the middle of nowhere and through the center of the city. It is kind of a mess. I opted to just go on the freeway with the 2 reduced lanes. It took me 50 minutes to get home.
It was so weird getting home and my dad and sister were still up. My dad and sister both didn't have school today and were both getting ready to go up to Nor Cal. It was just so weird! Fun night, though.

Family gone this weekend
My mom, dad, and sis are all going to be up in Nor Cal dealing with grandma and aunt stuff this weekend. Sis has to go because she needs someone to watch her and keep her on her toes. I get the house to myself. Very excited about that. What to do? What to do? I haven't the slightest idea. Should be fun, though. I know on one side it'll be alot of fun, but it also gets lonely and I know what they're dealing with, and will hear about it, which will make it hard.
Fun times, though. I'm looking forward to it. Maybe have the coworkers over for a movie?
